OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to UKDANCEVISION. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our dance company. By registering and booking a class in our dance company you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Registration and Booking:

• All students must complete the registration process and book their class online via our booking system before taking any UKDANCEVISION classes or workshops.

• Booking classes & workshops is on a first-come, first-served basis as there are limited spaces due to health and safety reasons

• Students must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during the registration and booking process.

  
  

  Safeguarding:

• UKDANCEVISION is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all students.

• We have implemented safeguarding measures to protect the well-being of our students.

• Students are expected to treat each other with respect and follow the instructions of the dance teachers.

• Any concerns regarding safeguarding should be reported to UKDANCEVISION immediately.  
  
  

  Class Attendance and Punctuality:

• Students are expected to arrive 5 minutes before class starts
  
  

  Fees and Payments:

• If a student is unable to attend a class, canceling your booking is advised 7 days before your dance class. We are not able to give refunds or cancel a booking under 7 day’s 

• Any additional charges, such as costume fees will be communicated in advance.

• Refunds or credits for missed classes will not be provided unless under exceptional circumstances.
  
  

  Studio Etiquette:

• Students are expected to adhere to the studio etiquette guidelines provided by UKDANCEVISION

• Appropriate dance attire and footwear must be worn during classes.

• Students should maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the studio premises.

• Any damage caused to the studio property due to negligence will be the responsibility of the student.
  
  

  Liability:

• UKDANCEVISION and UKDANCEVISION staff will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that may occur on the premises 

• Students participate in classes at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and well-being.

• By taking part in our dance classes or workshop’s you agree that dance activities could result in injury
  
  

  Changes and Cancellations:

• UKDANCEVISION reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule, instructors, or any other aspect of the dance program.

• In the event of class cancellations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or refunds.
  

Intellectual Property: 

• All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to choreography, music, and teaching materials, belong to UKDANCEVISION

• Students are not permitted to record or distribute any teaching materials without prior written consent.
  
  Termination:

• UKDANCEVISION reserves the right to terminate a student's registration for reasons including but not limited to disruptive behaviour, non-compliance with the terms and conditions, or failure to meet financial obligations.
  
  
  Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, England and Wales.

• Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom, England and Wales.
