When registering for our dance classes, dance workshops or training programs through our website booking system, we currently collect and process the following information:

• Your Full Name - your first name and surname

  • Your Email Address

  • Your Contact/PhoneNumber

  • Your Emergency Contacts

  • Parent/Guardian Name and Contacts for children's classes

  • Your Medical History and if you have any medical conditions

  • If your suffer from any allergies

 

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the following reasons:

  • To keep you as a dance student stay safe when taking part in our dance classes

  • To have your emergency contact details in case of an emergency or accident.

  • To be able to view your medical history to know that you are fit and healthy and that there is no reason you are unable to take part in dance class you have booked

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

  • Report all accidents in the First Aid Book using your contact information details

  • Have your personal details in case of an emergency or accident

  • To have your medical history recorded for emergency purposes if you start to feel unwell or a accident or emergency occurs 

We will only share your personal information in a life or death emergency situation to report in a First Aid Book for health and safety purposes or if it is vital to share with a 3rd party.

If a life or death emergency situation occurs, if needed for you health and safety purposes, we will share your  information with a 3rd party such as: your emergency contacts, Ambulance, first aider or police for your health and safety purposes to keep you as an individual safe.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: 

  • Your consent - by registering and booking in UKDANCEVISION you give your consent for us to store your personal information for health and safety purposes.

We collect your personal information directly from you when booking our dance classes via our online booking system. When booking online, all your personal information that you fill in is safe and goes directly to the UkDANCEVISION team. The only person who can see your information is you and our team. When you book online and enter your personal information, you are giving your consent for us to hold your personal information with us. We will never share any of your personal information unless in an emergency stated above. We need this information from you to keep you as a student safe while taking our dance classes or workshops. 

 

How we store your personal information

Your personal information when adding to our booking system is securely stored. The only person who can see your details is you, when you log in to your profile to book a class and the UKDANCEVISION team.

To book one of our classes, you need to register a profile on our booking system.

How to complain

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal information, you can email dancevisionuk@gmail.com directly and we will get back to you as quick as we can.
